fiquei fã do michael pollan assim que li a primeira coisa dele, que foi um livro não super legal de ler, mas com idéias ótimas e muitos ensinamentos bacanas. depois, li mais algumas coisinhas, mas este aqui sem dúvidas foi a melhor coisa que li deste autor até agora. ele dá conselhos sensatos, e explica o porquê de cada coisa que prega. adoro! recomendo pra quem quer viver uma vida melhor e mais saudável.

i became a fan of michael pollan when i read one of his book, which was not a super nice book to read, but had great ideas and teachings. later i read a few more things, but this is undoubtedly the best thing i've read coming from this author. he gives us sensible advice and explains the reasons behind what he preaches. i love it! i recommend this book to those who want to live a better and healthier life.
